Sam did an amazing job. My carpet was in very rough shape through the whole house, Sam was realistic about managing expectations, and I was very happy with the result of his hard work. Sam was sure to tell me to be careful coming down the stairs on wet carpet to watch out for the dry hardwood which would be very slippery from my socks. This shows he was aware of his job site, what was going on, and doing his best to make sure everyone stays safe. I will use his services again, and I will suggest him to others. I would post more photos of the good job, but my carpets didn't survive 5 years of hard
