At DR Heat & Air Ltd. we specialize in residential and commercial forced air heating. We install, maintain and repair your equipment. When it comes time to replace your furnace we will design a heating system tailored to your needs. We are capable of performing all the work required in installing new furnaces including custom sheet metal work, gas work, electrical work, controls and venting of the furnaces.

I have now used DR Heat & Air four times in the last few years and have been very impressed with their competence. My last request was for a replacement furnace and new air conditioner and the work performed by Corey and Brandon was professional, timely and friendly.
Dan Jr. knows his stuff, his prices are reasonable and the work is completed on time.

I wrote another review but I can not find it :) anyway Dan and his crew were nothing but spectacular!! Dan went beyond the service and the install went without a hitch. Dan took the time to show me how to use my thermostat with the phone app and all went smoothly with that as well. I would totally recommend Dan and DR Heat and Air Ltd service, I have nothing but rave reviews for the whole team!!

Cory and Brandon came to install a return air vent in my basement and address the loud noise issue coming from return vents upstairs. They were on time, professional and got the job done right! The noise is gone and my basement will be warmer now. Couldn't be happier about the service. We will be using these guys going forward!

DR Heat and Air and the owner, Dan Douglas has been my HVAC go to for well over 30 years and obviously went back to DR for a central AC installation. Outside of todays demands and waits for equipment for the install, the installation was flawless. Dan and his team will go out of their way to make sure all details in a complex install are met. Things like City permits, activating warranties and all of the electrical components involved in the install. The original wiring from the furnace to the Thermostat did not have enough wires to accommodate the AC along with the new technical/Wifi type thermostats

They were very professional when here for the quote as well as the installation. Very respectful and cleaned up before leaving. both were very knowledgeable. Dan is very professional, experienced and efficient in Furnace problem diagnostic. A furnace company tried to charge me a fortune for a new major part. Dan quickly diagnosed and found the real problem which is a very small problem, fixed it and confirmed that everything else is perfect. Thank you very much for your service. He saved me a lot of money. I am totally happy with his service and will always use his service in the future.

The Dan's some years ago installed my air conditioner, the job was more than perfect, their more than friendly, honest, very efficient and their work is outstanding, as you can see they take pride in their work. Just recently my furnace had to be replaced, one again their work extremely was more than great, friendly, and perfect. Because of all the codes the City has to come and inspect, again the City was blown away by their great work.

This company was recommended to me as a dependable furnace cleaning service, which I needed because my furnace guy had retired. Let me say, after all is said & done, my furnace has never run quieter in all it's 15 years. I watched as Dan did things that had never been done before ... re-calibrated to recommended settings, removed & replaced humidifier pad & cleaned tray & a number of other things, too numerous to mention. May I add that, upon start-up, I had a banging sound in the pipes, which has stopped ... after 15+ years. I can't recommend this company more highly
