Had an annoying leak in the ceiling which I just could not pinpoint so I decided to call in a pro. Dan showed up and put me at ease that he was not going to cut all kind of holes in the ceiling and set to work with his camera and infra red water detector equipment. The culprit was a crack in my acrylic bathtub. This was unnoticeable with the naked eye and would only leak when you stood in the tub. Thanks to Dan we are now moving forward and having it repaired. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable technician Darcy found and fixed our drain problem really quickly and for the price he quoted. I had dealt with this issue for years and tried all kinds of remedies but to no avail. Glad I called in the pros and especially Darcy. My plumber from now on.

I had a leak in the ceiling and was panicking to get the water shut down but could not find the shutoff. I googled for a local plumber and thankfully these guys showed up and fixed the problem. Never so relieved to see a plumber. They were here fast and completely took over the situation, I have to say i have found my go to Plumbers.

Be aware! They will try to overcharge you!
Our kitchen sink was plugged. I called these guys and I was told there will be a $69 dispatch fee and once on site the guy will quote the cost to unplug the drain. The technician came and ask various questions about how it plugged then told me they actually always charge a flat fee of $470 for kitchen sinks. Darcy was pushy and tried to convince me that the cost is fair and all companies charge similar. I paid the dispatch fee and I declined the service .I got three other quotes over the phone and they ranged between 100 and 200. I got a fully licensed

NO GOOD FOR FURNACE REPAIR! February 2020

As a West Hills resident wanted to support locally, please support someone else.
Our furnace went out on a Thursday, repair man, Shawn I think, came by and gave a diagnosis to fix furnace and I gave him half the cost for the part, on a Friday, $350. After a weekend of no heat, he came back Monday took the rest of the payment, another $350, replaced the part and left. DID NOT test the furnace and the furnace did NOT come back on after this, we called several times after he left to come back and no response. Finally got a hold of

Asked them to come out to look at a detachable shower head that stopped working. I was told there was a $69 fee to send someone out to which I agreed. When the plumber arrived he stated that the "Diagnostic" was an additional $189 a charge that had never been stated up front.
The plumber spent 3 minutes and removed the chord from the wall and said it was plugged with metal shards and needed to be replaced. He then charged the full $258+tax for his three minutes work and left.

I had a small leak in my ceiling so I cut out a section and fixed it ... left the ceiling open to monitor over the next few days had to leave on business and it started to leak my wife ( 8 months pregnant ) called to have a plumber come and take a look . I assumed that they would come and replace the copper t that was leaking but upon there arrival they notified me that it could not be fixed due to the fact that the pipe was outdated and they could no longer work on it I was told they would have to remove pipe and trace it back and connect right to the main water source and that it would cost 600

I called about getting a hot water tank replacement. The guy told me it was $75 just to have someone come out and give us a quote. He told me that was industry standard. An hour later after calling a few other people I have three different companies coming to quote the work for free. He told me only people who are desperate for the work would come quote it for free although that has proven to be a lie. I would be hesitant to trust these guys with providing a fair price .
