When my heating tank gave up on a cold December day, Aquality Plumbing & Heating was among several companies I phoned to. Dawn was the first person at Aquality that I talked with. I was impressed with her caring attitude and attentiveness to details. She patiently walked me through the safety steps to ensure the tank is properly turned off, then offered several repair options to choose from. After getting all the details from me, she promptly reverted with two quotes, each at a competitive price level. My repair works had been scheduled for early morning the very next day. The best part about my experience with Aquality was having the owner, David Hornstein, complete our initial consultation. We were thrown a curveball when he helped us assess our situation and come up with a game plan to execute. Aquality was absolutely amazing to work with on our commercial project. They offered their camera system to guide us in the demolition of our concrete, then they completed all of our venting, water lines, and finishing connections. Their work was always clearly explained and they were well under the quotes that we received from other companies.

Highly recommend this company. They are friendly, efficient and so easy to deal with. The installers get the job done in a timely fashion and are very knowledgeable so can answer all your questions. All of my toilets were leaking and I contacted Aquality based on google review. They did not disappoint! The tech was extremely friendly and communicated the repairs to me every step of the way. Then my humidifier started leaking and they were my first call. They came out first thing the next morning and again, the tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services!

I am very pleased with the recommendations made to me by David from Aquality Plumbing. I decided to change a bathroom in my condo that was never used, only for storage. I needed a bathroom that I could roll-in, in my wheelchair to shower and space was going to be tight.
David set me up with Blair from Epic Contracting. David (Aquality), Blair (Epic) and I met and discussed my ideas. Once the condo board approved my intention, the project was good to-go!
David suggested a Rain Shower, which is lovely, and a Floating Sink saving space. Mike from Aquality Plumbing did an excellent installation,
