My Condo building used JW for preventative work. I had a small issue and I called Brenda in the office. She had it fixed and had a drain tech out there in only a few hours. The tech was so nice and professional and did the job so quickly. I was really appreciative of their help.

I engaged this company for multiple sites and would not recommend them at all. Staff including the owner is rude. This company will charge you for exorbitant labour hours and will not make any attempt to resolve the issue. You will have to call multiple times to even get your invoice

The customer service is great, been having a problem with my drain for a while HAd another company come out who said they fixed it and the next day it was backing up again . Had jw come and fix it and haven’t had the issue come back since . Will defiantly use them again 👍

JW was that my condo this week, inspecting all places where water comes into my unit. The supply lines for the washing machine was also checked and replaced. The fellows who came were very pleasant and professional, they knew what they were doing.
I am very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them.
