My boiler stopped working. The Tech came to our house to check. Our boiler was completely dead and we need a replacement. He is very nice and patient, and he explained all the options clearly.
They installed a new boiler together with other pipe work. He did a great job and he also cleanup the laundry room nicely. I am happy with his work.
I will definitely recommend him to whoever need the service.

Danyel came from Kamloops to Kelowna on a Friday night as he heard our unit was having issues with black water coming up our sink. He was able to come and unclog our pipe and cleaned up under the sink/kitchen before leaving. He was professional and over all very easy to deal with. We appreciated him taking the time on a Friday night to make the drive to Kelowna and help us in a desperate time. Thanks again Danyel!

Had Danyel come this morning to check out the problem which was the garberator that needed replacing and I needed a new kitchen tap....he was able to get replacement parts and get the problem fixed to-day which I really appreciated....he was very honest about pricing as he gave me 3 options to decide on....was here early morning until afternoon did a great clean up job....thanks Danyel I will be using Highmark Plumbing again.

Guy was a bull in a china shop kind of guy - almost broke fan/light fixture twice - can't read a note to ring door bell- just light knock and walk right in to inner door - left garbage behind- can't listen when tried to explain how to turn off motor in fridge for ice maker and maybe learn something - doesn't know light switches work for both on and off...... not impressed- only called in because they are used by restoration company, would NEVER use this company if he is an example

Called on a Monday, as my furnace had stopped working, a tech was out later that same day fantastic!,.....bad news I needed a new furnace. The tech left after he attempted to bypass the motherboard, which he informed he could not. Oddly enough shortly after he left the furnace started up and continued to run outside the thermostats setting, no big deal we just had to cut the power to the furnace to stop the continuous heat. TLDR: Highmark ripped us off and refused to make the situation right. It was a very stressful experience and I'm just thankful the whole ordeal is over. Use this company at your own risk.

Incredibly deceptive tactics! I gave precise instructions to the scope of the work I needed done over the phone including measurements and was quoted between $900-$1100. I agreed and their worker was supposed to come out the next day between 1-3pm I got a call saying at 11AM saying the worker could be there in 30 min but I was still at work expecting the worker to arrive between 1 and 3pm. If it wasn't for the surprise $98 snake (auger) fee to unclog my kitchen drain (which was refunded), this review would be 4 stars. The technician was polite and did good job, and receptionist politely answered my telephone queries.
When I called for service, I was told $99 call-out fee and $75/half hour, so I was very surprised when the bill included a $98 snake rental fee. When you pay a plumber $75/half hour to unplug your drain, most people would assume this includes the cost of tools e.g. the snake.
To his credit, Scott the manager is a reasonable person, and after the usual telephone

Came to my home for a quote 5600.00 plus......gave no other options for repair....wanted 50 percent deposit up front. Total attempt to take advantage of female customer. Had repair done for 630.00 by another reputable company. The other company gave me a quote of 2300.00 to do the same job as High mark's 5600.00 quote. Rip off artists!! If there was a way to rate them in the negative it would be a minus 5.

Very disappointed with this company. I called and arranged for a plumber and no one showed up. Called the company to figure out where they were and I guess I won't be seeing a plumber as planned today. They are too busy. Very unprofessional. I waited all day when I could've called another company to come. Thanks!

I've used Himark for dozens of my client projects and I am always happy with their professional approach and work ethic. All good plumbers are expensive, and these guys rank up there. But they won't cut corners, always stick to code, and will recommend the right things to do.
Know that these guys will NOT cut corners. They do clean work, and every inspector has been happy with their work on my projects.
They arrive with a van full of tools and common parts, but if you need special parts or bits, or a tank or furnace, of course once determined, they have to go pick them up from wholesalers

Excellent guys to call when your plumbing is not working I called these guys for a backup that was plugged in a sewer drain they came out promptly did the work at a reasonable rate they cleaned up after themselves plumbers are very polite nice guys will use these guys anytime in the pinch you should give these guys a call if you have any prominent plumbing problems we have use them for many many years really good guys!!

So I had a flood recently... And before I could start any work on repairs my insurance and strata required me to bring in a plumber to say the issue has been looked after and resolved...
After calling some different places and being told no one can come "today" high mark placed my call on hold and about 5mins later they said a technician can be there in an hour... And he was... On time.. Worked clean... A bit expensive... But what plumbing service isn't!? Overall the service was very efficient and customer service (dispatch) was very friendly and informative.

Had a so called technician named David from Highmark plumbing visit my house on a service call today. My condensate furnace was leaking from a 90 degree elbow and pooling at the bottom of furnace. If you are interested in seeing horrible business practices first hand...hire this plumbing company. My hot water tank broke and was leaking water into my crawlspace. They came out for 20 mins...told me I would have to move my hot water heater to a different location. They did nothing about the leak issue...and didn't even help me move forward on getting it fixed. To top it off...I was charged $100 for a "wasted trip". I highly recommend not using their services.
