Excellent service!! Good communications with service department. Technician arrived at scheduled time and fixed issue to my satisfaction. Airstream technician knew exactly what needed to be done. Our AC could not turn on so we got referred to air stream for repair. it took the technician 3 hours ($400CAD)to find out the AC has power issues that he had to referred us to find an electrician at the end!! So we paid 3 hours of labour for nothing . what a waste! At the end we found another AC technician , only took him less than1 hour to find out the problem and our AC got fixed. please hire well trained , professional experienced technician who does not burn your time for labour cost !
