I cannot thank and extend my respect enough to the super technician from Pro Ace Heating, for his extremely efficient and professional service to fix my Navien tankless hot water heater. This is the right company to have your heating system repaired.
I have not written any review before but this company is so amazing I need to share my experience with everyone.

First I have to mention this is my first and only experience with the furnace/heating industry. I was surprise at the total cost. It was a good learning experience. They really do care about customer satisfaction. You need to be aware of the costs associated (service fee, repair, parts and delivery). You need to ask for a total cost before agreeing on any work done from anyone.

The worst company I have ever worked with. Their technician Kam caused a gas leak in my home, charged me, then left. I noticed the gas smell when I went into the basement an hour later... called Fortis BC who came and confirmed a dangerous leak and shut off the gas. Ali (the owner) came the next day to "resolve" the issue (I asked for a refund, which manager Roy refused, asking me to wait for the owner to come out - he came at 6 pm on a Friday leaving me no other options). They wanted to charge me more on top of what I already paid to "fix" the problem that they left me with

Terrible scheduling and follow up. Appts are made within a 2 hr window. Appt 1 - tech arrives 40min. AFTER 2hr window. Service call takes over an hour to complete. Parts needed. Tech says he'll have head office arrange for follow-up and order the parts. 5 weeks go by, no follow up.
I call to make Appt 2.
A) head office never heard of the parts I needed. But I schedule 2 weeks out anyways
B) Appt 2 was scheduled for 10-12. It snowed that day, so I called to confirm. They told me that my appt was actually from 2-4. No one called to tell me the change.
