I've worked with Jay and his team since i first needed a plumber. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix quickly, reasonably and with a quality of work bordering on artistic. Serious, my utility room should be on display. I trust my plumber more than most of the other professionals in my circle, because they always figure it out, and solve my problems, and I do bring him problems... Thanks for all you do, J

JJM services our building and I call them whenever I need something household done, too. These guys do complex monster jobs but are always happy to help with the smaller less technical stuff (e.g. my kitchen faucet repair). All the technicians I've met are prompt, friendly, and efficient. Loads of expertise, and it shows! I won't use any other company.

We had our annual Navien service and repairs done by JJM in January 2021. They did my first service a few years ago and left me with a good impression. Mike was our technician and he was awesome. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and knows his job well. Andrei is very responsive to emails and provides excellent information on the services you need.

I called JJM mechanical group for a high efficient hot water tank repair. They were able to figure out the problem and repair it. The repair were quick and service was professional. Andrei also provided great communication and was clear of the work to be done and price to be charged. He also provided before and after pictures of the work after it was completed. I also had them change out some faucet parts which they were here. JJM Mechanical installed a few years ago in our building a water expansion tank, and we trusted them to install the proper tank as they’re supposed to be the experts. Much later our strata council checked and noticed there’s a sticker on that new tank that clearly states “not for domestic water”. We checked with the company who made the water tank and it's indeed true that such a tank should never be used for domestic water, and is not fine for drinking - but this is the water we drink and shower with, all of the people living in the building.

This company installed a non potable boiler system in our condo building. Meaning not for domestic use, which is what any residential setting is. The equipment is clearly labelled. Another company identified this egregious error when responding to do a repair. Approaching JJM Mechanical regarding their error has fallen on deaf ears within the company. They take no responsibility. Two issues: wrong and potentially hazardous equipment installed followed by lack of integrity. Use them at you own risk.
