My furnace didn’t work properly,I called a small workshop;He replayed a limited switch which really was okey,so the result was the same as what I had tried . I called Springs Heating to get a code, David the specialist came and found that the secondary heating exchanger had to be replaced;He made the furnace temporarily running until the new part arrived. 3 days later another technician, Jeff came, he too very skillful,took everything apart and installed the new part with a little adjustment .Now after 2 months the furnace is working perfectly! I highly recommend Springs Heating for their professional

Our furnace stopped working on boxing day, when outside temperatures were -27. Jon from Spring's was at our house within an hour and had the heat working half hour later. He had the parts available in his truck and was very knowledgable about our problem. He showed us the broken part, explained why it happened, provided a quote before starting the repair and gave us some good maintenance tips. Great first impression and excellent service. I will definately use their services again.

One of my two furnaces started making whirring noises and then ceased up completely. I needed the two serviced too, so called Divina and booked me in..
The service engineer was super polite and friendly and in no time at all had my furnace back up and running. Nice that he had an inducer on his van so was done in one visit. Cleaned and serviced my humidifiers too. Highly recommend Springs to anyone looking for service or repair, thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about our recent emergency furnace repair experience with Spring's Servicing & Heating Ltd. We woke up Sunday morning to a very cool house and a dead furnace. Our neighbor recommended Spring's from their furnace cleaning service. It was a great recommendation. The answered our call quickly on Sunday. They verified it was OK charge overtime charges and sent a wonder repairman named David. He was extremely personable and honest. He told us that our furnace motor would need to be replaced and that it was still on warranty until March 2022. This motor costs over $1000

I called Spring's regarding a squealing noise while the furnace fan was running at its highest level - possibly motor? The technician spent the time to investigate all possibilities and discovered it was an easy fix and not a motor replacement. I loved that he took the time to discover the real cause and did not just run in and replace the motor.
