I liked everything about Neptune Plumbing and Heating right from when Courtney handled our query about our plumbing problem, to when Derek and Dustin showed up to give their professional assessment of the work and costs to be done in order to fix our problem( the hose from our old washing machine was seized on the hot water tap ) They replaced the hot and cold water taps for our new washing machine, installed the hoses on our washing machine, cleaned up and put the washing machine and dryer back in place. I especially liked the way Derek went over all of the work that he and Dustin did prior to

We arrived home late Friday afternoon to find significant water leaking from the water heater. It was after normal hours but I called the emergency number and Colyn Scrivens came over to assess the situation. By 7:30 pm he was gone having took out the old heater and replaced it with a new one as well as some connection tune ups. And the site was very clean. Very happy customer! 😀

Contacted Neptune to provide a quote for a hot water tank replacement and check on a slow draining toilet. The team at dispatch/head office were friendly, and provided excellent communication (follow up, reminders, and heads up on technician arrival). Colyn arrived when promised, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As a result I've gone ahead and booked the install for the tank and new toilet with them based on the service provided so far. I'll update my review post install - expecting it to go smoothly.

Very pleased with the work done by Scott and Derek to replace the polybutylene water piping with PEX in our 2-story home. They were in and out in two days, and were very professional and empathetic to our needs. Given the invasive nature of this job, we were happy that they were able to keep the drywall holes to a minimum and even provided contacts to help with repairing drywall holes. I would highly recommend Neptune for this kind of work.

Our kitchen sink clogged. Neptune was the first company that returned our calls for assistance. Jason R quickly concluded it was an ice plug (we have never had an issue in over 25 years in the home). Jason told us this could take a long time to thaw and snake the pipe; he then instructed us on what we could do ourselves to clear the pipe. We followed his instructions and within a few hours we were back in business.
Jason's prompt and professional service were greatly appreciated. We will use this company again, if needed.

Derek was my service man from Neptune. I had phoned two other plumbers - one was going to take three weeks and the other didn't bother responding. With Neptune they said when they would be available which was a reasonable date and he came on time. He gave me an assessment of what it would cost and there was no additional costs. He was thorough in his work and was efficient. We would recommend Neptune for any future work

Writing review on behalf of my mom who received exceptional service yesterday (Nov 8) from Scott. She had issues with her water tank which was missing components from a repair. Scott was very professional, early for service and extremely knowledgeable and patient with her as he explained what he was working on and why. He also cleaned up after he was done replacing parts for the venting system. She highly recommends Neptune's service and plans on using them again in the future.

Service technician Scott Kirkwood provided professional and thorough analysis of my broken down furnace. He consulted with other knowledgeable technical people before advising me to purchase and install a new furnace. My time window was short because of an imminent trip, but Neptune provided the new furnace, the time for installation and great service before my trip began. Very impressive turnaround and know-how.

I paid to have a tap installed and they left the nut loose on the bottom of the sink. I called 2 days later to have them properly tighten it but they were going to charge me again. I am not impressed as it was loose the day it was installed before I even used it. Because I supplied the tap, they don’t warranty their labor, even when they do a crappy job of installation.

Jason Walker was the rep that came to my house when my furnace stopped working during the recent cold spell. He was very friendly and courteous. Explained everything that broke down on my furnace and what was needed to fix the problem. When he couldn't get the part in right away made sure that I was able to keep my house heated till the part arrived.
