We scheduled our move out cleaning a month in advance and the day before the cleaning, we got an email canceling the job. What got us most upset is that the owner didn't even had the courtesy of staying in touch with us prior to the last minute cancellation message, we were the ones calling, emailing and messaging to get hold of the company. What if we hadn't tried to contact them to confirm the cleaning job? What a waste of time! I don't recommend this cleaning company. This is bad administration.

Had a good team, did what they could to get the place clean. However, the clean was not thorough enough and I paid double for it. The lady managing everything, Charlene, was extremely unprofessional and rude to me, even got to the point that she made me cry during my already stressful move. I would have given this review more stars, but Charlene's customer service was horrible and inexcusable.

I’ve had Stonelily cleaning work at my home for a few months on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. I am so impressed with the quality of work done, and the great value I get with this company. I have used several cleaning companies in the past and they have all been much more expensive, and the quality of work is not up to par with Stonelily Cleaning. My cleaner Jennifer is outstanding, and is such a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! I had originally booked a move out clean but due to a series of unfortunate events (my movers coming late then telling me they couldn’t fit all my things in their truck, my car battery dying, the battery to the keypad to my apartment dying during my move out the night prior) led to me not having my stuff out in order for my clean to be completed. Charlene was completely understanding, but had to send her team on to a different clean as I was just not ready & would’ve messed up their whole day. This was MY fault but Charlene graciously

My experience was ok, cleaners were friendly enough. A few things weren’t done and had to have the cleaner come back. Even after she left I had to go do more stuff like get rid of all the washing marks on the walls and clean tile behind kitchen sink. Because all of the communication is via text the owner can come across a bit bossy and abrupt.

We had a 3 bedroom 1 bath + basement townhouse we needed to get cleaned for a move out, Charlene the owner was very quick and responsive to any of my questions and gave a quote rapidly after requesting it. The quote was reasonable and after her crew showed up and did the clean I was absolutely impressed by the quality of their work, as well as the care they put into cleaning the place, which included helping me out by getting the curtains taken down even though I mentioned it in passing.

I hired Stonelily Cleaning to do the moveout cleaning for my apartment and they did a fantastic job. I spoke with Charlene about a week before I needed my apartment cleaned - she was quick to answer my request, and provided a detailed quote at a reasonable price. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived right on time with everything they needed. The actual cleaning itself went quickly and efficiently, and after they were done the apartment looked like it was brand new. I would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a house or apartment cleaned
