This review is long overdue. I am eternally grateful for the excellent service and customer care I received from Ashford Cleaners. As Mother-of-the-Bride, I needed an unexpectedly difficult alteration to a bias cut gown completed on short notice. The seamstress at Ashford Cleaners went above and beyond to fix the problem, ultimately consulting with a similarly accomplished friend before the dress was partially taken apart, recut and resewn to correct the problem. Two prior seamstresses had been unsuccessful in their attempt, which is why time had run out, there was no time to find a new dress,

I scheduled a pick up using Ashford's website several days ago. I called to confirm this morning only to be told they were too busy and would pick up next week. It appears they had not intention of calling or emailing me. My suits would have sat in bags for 4 days at my front door. I will find a more reliable dry cleaner.

They are the best. This company is trustworthy,reliable and simply perfect!. Why?! Well lets just say i kinda forgot about my gown 2 years ago from their store. (I already think of horror things) but no i am wrong. Guess what.. after 2 years without receipt.. they still have my gown in good condition,fresh and offered a delivery to my doorstep. That my friend is quality service. I highly recommend Ashford cleaners to all of you who are looking for exceptional service. I am beyond relief that after all past years,one of the important garment in my life was taken cared of. Love their service! Try

If I could give them a 0/5 I would. Awful customer service. Terrible cleaners. They destroyed my wedding dress - butchered it, actually - didn’t call me once during the cleaning process to tell me they weren’t capable of cleaning it and when I went to pick it up tried to charge me hoping I wouldn’t notice what they had done. They hung it up backwards all wrapped up so I wouldn’t see what they did to the front. Deceitful and dishonest. I didn’t pay them a dime. They should have paid me for the extra damage they did.

I brought my wedding dress in for spot cleaning based on a recommendation from the store where I purchased my dress. I showed up the day after the dress was supposed to be ready only to find out they were still working on it and didn't bother to call. Save your money or spend it more wisely somewhere else.

I am not one for leaving reviews by any stretch of the imagination, but feel compelled to leave one after my experience with Ashford. I recently used their services and was outraged when I realized they charge over $10 per shirt for dry cleaning. I'm not questioning the quality of the work, but never will I be returning to this cleaners. Hope others find this useful.
