Contacted this company multiple times to try to get an appointment. First time was via email and I asked to book an appointment and never heard back from the person using a Gmail address.
Second time was via the phone and the person said he was driving and couldn't access the scheduler so I should text my details. Did so and never heard back.
Third time was via phone and the person answered and said he was super sick and couldn't think straight but he would call me back in 10 mins. That was 3 weeks ago.
Company seems to be a one man operation and the person answering the phone seemed to be purposely

From my first request for a quote, through setting up the appointment, to the job itself, Dial One has provided excellent communication and service. Everything was made clear prior to the appointment. When Aiman, the technician arrived, he went through all the details and allowed for questions before beginning. He did a thorough job and walked me through every step of the cleaning.
I chose Dial One based off of their real reviews as well as only choosing a company that does not employ telemarketing. They lived up to their positive reviews and would recommend them to others.

Aiman did a wonderful job! He was careful with our newly finished floors and paint job. The work was tidy and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and why, it was a great experience! The responsiveness and quote was quick and clear, no surprise costs. Would definitely hire again!

Great company, great team, great service and the best price! We've used another duct company and they charged by the number of vents. This time, we did research and also got referral from another contractor (Jimmy who helped us cleaned our tiles). The good side about Dial One is: they charge over the house not by numbers of vents (flat charge), they use powerful vacuum, the team (Joe and Amjad) is very polite, friendly, professional and hardworking! Joe helped arrange the appointment and Amjad arrived on time, very punctuate. Amjad showed us the pictures of before and after cleaning, and he used

Amazing service. Extremely professional. Went above and beyond. After having persistant issues following a home renovation and having my ducts cleaned twice within 6 months with another company, (most recently 4 days prior) with continued issues, I was referred to Joe at Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning. I was able to have service scheduled for the following day! With an older house with grates located on the walls making it difficult to remove, the grates were taken off (not previously done with the other company used) and I was amazed to see how dirty the ducts were after being done just 4

Thanks to Joe for fielding my call in Aug 2016 about a potentially defective thermostat and helping me navigate my furnace - with the total understanding this is not the basis of Dial One's main business.
I recently used his team's services in July 2016 for residential duct cleaning that was completed in less time than I expected and cleaned as professionally as the reviews listed.

I am very impressed with Dial One duct cleaning. Their crew was friendly and professional; they were punctual; and they finished the work in a tidy and timely manner. Most importantly, Joe took time out his own day to drive out from Oshawa to see me in the Beach about a furnace issue I was having that was completely unrelated to his work. In rush hour! He helped me diagnose the issue and put me in touch with HVAC contractors that helped fix the issue for next to nothing... Can't tell you how grateful I am for Joe's service and assistance- He's a super sweet dude, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
