Awful communication and outright lies marred the building experience for us.
Experience started out good enough working with Jared... Then quickly went downhill. If you insist on using this builder, I recommend vetting which builder realtor you use.
We were able to pick a plan and make our own customizations. The overall home turned out nice, but the process was aggravating... We had questions and were often ignored for weeks at a time, and unfortunately, due to being ignored, certain things on the home didn't turn out like they should have... Questions weren't resolved before they caused more

We loved our agent Scott. He was so great at making sure everything was documented and taken care of. Castle Creek is more of a semi custom home builder not a custom custom home builders but we were able to get quite a few unique details written into our plan. There were some moments of frustration as there usually are when building a home but Castle Creek with lots of help from Scott helped to make sure everything was done as we hoped. They do everything they can and their subs try to work hard for you too. Tell Scott the Holgates sent you.

We are currently halfway through our build and I couldn’t be more pleased with house and the craftsmanship of the subs that Castle Creek uses from tile to framing, everything has been excellent!
Building a new home can be frustrating, but Scott always addresses our questions and concerns quickly.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier throughout the entire process!

I just recently built with Castle Creek and we had a great experience with Rawlee and most of the awesome individuals who worked on the home. I am however extremely disappointed in the painters and finish workers. Castle Creek has a great reputation and that's why I wanted to go with them but the painter didn't in my opinion hold up to the standard. I will most likely have to re-paint many walls after seeing all the rushed spots after moving in. Also at times I felt like we kept getting pushed off in the building process verses other homes which in turn probably created the rushed finish work.

We had a great experience working with Castle Creek! We started digging in mid Feb, its late June and we just signed. Couldn't be more excited. They took care of almost every problem that came up. We were able to get a really custom home, for the price of a standard track home. We enjoyed working with Tim and Zack. We felt like our home was the only one being worked on, with how quickly they were able to jump on issues that came up. The crews that Castle Creek hires are awesome and keep the work space clean, as they move on to the next step of the building process. Big props to the Drywall guy

Phenomenal experience working with Castlecreek Homes! My husband and I just built our first home through Castlecreek and we couldn’t be happier! We definitely had a budget, but they were very easy to work with with all my little changes. Also our sales agent (Jared McArthur) was super responsive and helpful. He took the time to help us personalize our house plans and helped us throughout our whole experience. Also our foreman (Justin Oliver) was always so willing to help us out and tried his best to get us into our house faster. Thank you Castlecreek!!

Castle Creek was fantastic to work with. They were very up-front with costs, fees, and add-ons and were very honest throughout the process. There were no surprise fees or costs and they had a lot of excellent standard options to choose from. Rawlee was very empathetic to our situation and worked with us when things got tight. They were flexible as we went along and helped us make changes and updates as needed. Highly recommend!

First thing I want to say is thank you to Brett and Zack. They were both so easy and great to work with from the start to finish. They were always available, always followed up with concerns, and more importantly.. made sure they were all addressed. I also appreciated that Brett was honest on upgrades and I never felt like he was trying to "sell us" for a higher priced sale.
My wife and I had a vision from the beginning and everyone involved was very supporting and helped us create our perfect home. Especially Phyllis.. she was incredible and so easy to work with

We started the building process by selling our home with Castle Creek, we were under contract in under 1 week and our agent waived his commission since we planned to build with Castle Creek.
We were quoted 5 to 6 months to build and from the day of digging we moved in exactly 5 months later. I'm a pain and wanted to do quite a bit of sweat equity and they were great to work with us. The design center was simple and Phyllis helped us to feel comfortable with building our first home so we didn't mess up colors and finishes.
