In addition to being an authorized dealer of LENNOX furnaces and furnace parts we also repair ALL BRANDS of Furnaces and maintain an inventory of common furnace parts. When a specific part is needed we make it our priority to obtain the OEM part as quickly as possible (Original equipment manufacturers part) vs. a universal part.

I contacted True North late one evening over the holiday break, contending with a broken furnace. Given the city-wide surge in demand for furnace repairs, owing to the extreme weather, I would’ve had to wait for 24-48 hours before a technician could inspect the furnace. However, to support, Carmal and Cory walked me through various steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue, ultimately resulting in the furnace restarting and working. We are new to St. Albert and this was the first time we have used True North. They were quick to respond to our online request for a quote and provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision. Fast forward a few months of procrastination (on my part), and I called to book the install. Unfortunately, due to supply issues my order took a few weeks longer than expected to no fault of True North, they can’t fix the supply chain. And 9 hours later we have Central air! I can’t say enough how impressed we where with True North Heating and Cooling Inc. in St Albert! What a lovely, wonderful company with top notch service from intro to exit…. Our installers (Mike and Brayden) where professional, kind and went above and beyond to ensure we where safe when they saw a issue with our hot water tank, they fixed a vent that hadn’t been bolted down from our recent new hot water tank install). At the end they left us with a walk through to ensure any questions we had where answered, we understood our new system and left a clean

We had an AC unit replaced recently and couldn't be happier with the quality of work done, professionalism, cleanliness and responsiveness.
