Comfortable Home Systems was established in 2003 by a husband and wife out of a small home office with only a couple of clients. Through dedication and hard work, we have now grown into one of the top heating and air conditioning companies in St. Albert and the Edmonton area. I did some research and decided on this company because they offered a good price. They, as it turns out do excellent work. If you have a concern they contact you immediately and come as soon as possible to fix the issue. I was so happy with their cost and service, I had them install the same in my two daughter's homes too.

I called Comfortable Home Systems to quote a AC install in our new home, after being recommended them through a friend. Manny came to quote the job, he showed up on time and was very professional/knowledgeable. We could tell he had many years experience and ultimately this is why we choose to go with them, their quote was also very competitive in comparison with the other 2 we received. They fit us in with a week, installed within a half day and were very clean and respectful of our home. They explained everything to me very good(I'm not good with that stuff) & all and all we were extremely happy

We had a furnace installed about 8 years ago by this company. The furnace is fine. What was not fine was the fact that Comfortable Home Systems did not take out a City Permit when installing our permit, though we have written proof that that was in fact supposed to have been done. Fast forward to when we’re selling our house and the inspector… notices there is no permit on our furnace. What this means - beyond in this situation devaluing our property. - is that, if we had had a fire, our insurance would have been null and void!

I called Manny from Comfortable Home Systems to do an in house estimate for an A/C unit. On the phone he sounded like a good person to deal with, but that changed as soon as he showed up to my house. He was very rude to deal with. I was asking him questions about the job and the product and he would reply back with smart arrogant remarks. I'm not to familiar with a/c units, i just wanted to know what i was getting. As for pricing he was way over the top compared to the other 2 quotes i got after him. I would never recommend Comfortable Home Systems. This company is dishonest and just overall rude

I sent Manny the owner a request to change out my Hot water tank, I sent multiple pictures of the tank in place. We scheduled an appointment for last Friday and I was quoted a go ahead price. He showed up on Friday with the wrong tank and said the correct match would be $300 more than he quoted. I also wanted a garage heater installed which again couldn't be done that day as he wanted to shift it all to this week. On Monday I asked that he pull permits from the city to complete install and there were zero issues. I then got an email from the office confirming costs to which I had to clarify based

Comfortable Home Systems was very difficult to work with. They charged us 3 hours labour to dive around looking for a gas valve which was located by John Wood and sent out the over night. When I wanted to discuss the labour charges Manny threatened my wife that he was going to have his technician go and remove the part which was a part that was… warrantied. This has been a terrible situation and to make matters worse, having to deal with a terrible, threatening business. Greg, the certified technician who worked on my hot water tank was outstanding.

My wife and I believe in the value of personal recommendations, and chose CHS to instal our new furnace, AC and humidifier after two friends suggested we use them because of their professionalism and dedication to their customers' needs. And we weren't disappointed! Manny and Barb took the time to explain any questions and concerns we had with the whole process, and delivered a fast professional installation of all products. The people at Comfortable Home Systems are terrific!!! I needed a new A/C and Barb at Comfortable Homes was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me with my Insurance company in hopes that i could be covered for the service. It took a lot of back and forth with trying to get ahold of insurance adjusters etc. and I appreciate all of her hard work. In the end... my insurance did refuse to pay..However, Comfortable home Systems offered me a fantastic payment plan that hardly effects the budget at all. I recommend this company to anyone and they have truly earned my business for life!
