Travis was very knowledgeable on the service that he provided to us this afternoon at 1827 - 67 th street. For the last two weeks this was my second i request from this company. The service was great and they are prompt, and i was promised that they will replaced my hot water tank before the day ends and for the second time, they came thru with the service and that is something i can not get from the other businesses.. in time of emergency like what i had, this to me is very important and with them coming thru with the service, that is priceless. I will endorse this company anytime for their services

We gave them a call because there was water coming from just beside our bathroom ventilation fan. The lady who answered our call (sorry I didn't catch her name!) was very professional and passed our information on to the on call Todd. Todd called us back very quickly, was knowledgable, friendly, and professional when talking about what could be happening with the fan.
We will definitely be going with Hydro-Flo plumbing & heating for future HVAC and plumbing services!

Justin responded quickly with a quote for the work to be done. Despite not being an emergency, the work was scheduled very quickly and Travis and Cheyenne removed the old equipment and installed new hot water heaters and a water softener. They were both extremely pleasant and worked steadily to get the job done. They were very careful to keep everything clean and everything works. I’m very happy to have chosen them for the job.

We contacted Hydro-flo to replace our broken indirect hot water tank. Others were telling us we had to wait 1-2 weeks, but Hydro-flo was able to source and install the tank within a couple business days. Staff was professional, courteous, and did great work!

These guys are awesome! Couldn't be happier with the new high efficiency boiler and zoning valves. Our house is wayyyyy warmer as we upgraded from a boiler that was from the 70's. We also took the opportunity to have hot water on demand installed. It's night and day, the endless hotwater is amazing. We also got our first bill with the new system, it was $100/month less that what we paid last year despite gas prices being nearly double as well we used half the amount of G/J of gas. James was great with coordinating the job and getting all the necessary parts and equipment to complete the job. Tod

Hydro-Flo was a wonderful company to work with. We had a very badly clogged sink drain and they came out the next day to get it going for us. The technician was so helpful and willing to work with us to develop preventative measures for our specific drain system. The next time I need a plumber, I will be calling Hydro-Flo!
