We woke up on the weekend to our furnace not blowing air and called Pro Solutions. She helpfully talked us through a few checks to get our furnace working again, saving us a potentially expensive weekend call out for something we could do ourselves. She even called an hour later to check on the situation and see if we were okay. We decided we should get a tune up to make sure we’re in good shape for the next cold snap and will absolutely be using Pro Solutions tomorrow for that! I really appreciate a business that doesn’t do unnecessary call-outs, and works with clients to find the right solution

I have no words to appreciate and be thankful how helpful Irene has been in troubleshooting my furnace. Honestly words can't describe it, patient, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. She went over the moon to help me with troubleshoot the furnace issue. It's-30 here and had she not helped, God knows what I would be doing. There's long line ups for furnace technicians, she could have easily said I ll send you technician on this date and put the phone down, but she is so very kind to take the pictures of her furnace to educate me on the parts of it and what is where and then she stayed

I rarely write reviews but felt it fair to this company to do so.
We had a 25 year old furnace that needed replacing and we wanted to install air conditioning for next summer.
Jason and his team went above and beyond in their professional install. They walked me through all that was needed to be done and were very clear and open about the service.
The price was fair and competative and the speed of service unbelievable considering the current Covid market.
The technicians that came over 2 days were thoughtful of the home, clean, tidy and worked efficiently.
They also installed a water softener
We had a 25 year old furnace that needed replacing and we wanted to install air conditioning for next summer.

I saw this ad on Facebook for a furnace tune up for $87 from Pro Solutions Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. I had them come in to look at my 15 year old Carrier furnace. The guy was here for about 10 minutes and came upstairs and showed me pictures of a supposedly cracked heat exchanger. He said he couldn't do the tune up because of this and that I needed a new furnace. He quoted me $6800 but they could be here the next day to install it. He said they could not replace the heat exchanger. I told him I needed to think about it. I called Carrier and found out that I still had warranty

I noticed that my furnace was not running well and scheduled an inspection. They were able to send an experienced inspector Ryan who ran some diagnostics which showed that my ancient furnace was on its last legs. He patiently explained the issues, answered my questions, and provided a few quotes for a new furnace installation. There service is friendly and above and beyond! Our furnace was not working and it is November…Bit chilly. Sergio came to check the furnace at 1 pm. He left at 5:30 after running ACROSS the city for parts. Twice! Sergio is friendly, helpful and went above and beyond so we could have heat in our home today. What a great company! 3 years ago they installed a new furnace in our home, and we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. This week our house was inspected prior to selling it, and there was an issue with the permit/inspection for the furnace installation. Within a day Jason from ProSolutions came to the house, assessed the situation, contacted the City and got the issue resolved (free of charge). Now that’s top notch service. Thanks!

Never use this company! When I called them to fix my furnace (No heat) it took 3 of their staff members over a 2 day period to get a diagnosis for the problem - I didn't ask for the credentials of the first person they sent out and I should have - he had absolutely no knowledge of how to diagnose or repair the problem - what he was capable of doing was calling his office though - and they sent over additional repair man to assist the first guy - it's such a scam! Cost of repair was in the $900 range -I would never - ever contact this company again. Seriously - Don't call this

Our garage unit heater had been running steadily since the garage door had been damaged. We had the garage door fixed and the unit heater was working fine for a few days.

My hot water tanks (2 of them) were worn out. I called for an estimate and to explore my options.The Lady (Barb?) who received my call wanted to know how big my tanks were and booked an appointment. This company is a complete scam. Beware! Most of the reviews are from customers that have purchased a furnace and had it installed by them. We had called to have a squeaking noise looked at. They sent there tech out to look at our furnace a gave us a report stating we had carbon monoxide leaking and requires the replacement of the heat exchanger. They also said the cabinet was warped causing the noise and the circuit board is clicking. So in total they quoted us a circuit board, cabinet, and heat exchanger. Brilliant! After being left in the lurch by a less than reliable heating company, I needed someone who could come down and finish a new furnace install. We purchased the furnace online from the US and couldn't get anyone to come out to finish it. I called 5 or 6 furnace places but got the same response from all of them, which was " no, we don't install what we don't sell ". Finally I called Pro Solutions. They said no problem, did up a quote and sent down their guys the next morning. I had a fully functioning furnace before supper time the same day ! They were fast, friendly and efficient
