I was highly impressed with Romaniuk and their professionalism throughout the entire process from sales (Andre) and then install (Lee & Garrett). During the install process there was a minor issue while installing the furnace and the supervisor (Andrew) went above and beyond to make the situation right. I have to say though that the professionalism of Lee and Garrett exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company. They couldn't install my air conditioner because of the condition of my ground in winter (Mother Nature's fault) so I look forward to having them back in spring to finish

I can't say enough good things about Romaniuk, We were in a bind and our 29 year old furnace quit working on Sunday, we had an appointment booked with another company but they let us know on Wednesday that they wouldn't be able to install until Monday the following week at the earliest but could be later in the week aswell. I then placed a call to Romaniuk upon reading their reviews and was greeted by a very friendly lady on the other end of the phone, she had Jeffrey their comfort specialist in to quote us at 2pm that very afternoon dealing with Jeffrey was an absolute breeze(no pun intended!

We had fantastic service from Romaniuk Heating. We needed a new furnace and looked through a number of other companies. We finally settled on Romaniuk after meeting Ryan who helped us with our A/C and Furnace purchase. So professional and knowledgeable about the products they represent and not rushed when explaining everything. Then we had the team come in for installation (Mike D and Richard K) and we were blown away with how great the guys were! They were singing while doing their job. You could see they enjoyed working together and loved what they were doing. Very professional in their work

There became an emerging a problem with one of our furnaces purchased 3 years ago through Romaniuk. I appreciated the willingness of the Scott to stand by work and product provided by Romaniuk even though it was not his error to begin with. It ended up being a rather large warranty issue but without hesitation Scott ensured it was taken care of in a proactive manner. He provided a temporary solution until the right parts could come in to mitigate risk of furnace not working in middle of winter. He was friendly and professional.

Scott explained the process in detail and made all aspects of the repair known to us so that the right decisions could be made in regards to repair.
He was mindful of his surroundings and treated us and the home with respect and courtesy.
The repair to the natural gas valve was completed without issue and in a timely fashion, even with Scott having to brave the Edmonton drivers to source a part. He cleaned up after himself and was very adamant that if "he could do more for us today that he wanted to know what that could have been"...fantastic

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They were able to get a technician on the same day we called for problems with our water heater. They followed all Covid safety protocols and were were considerate in implementing properly. They called before arriving and they were fast, efficient and well priced. They explained everything and ensured things were running well before leaving. Would definitely use again for any heating or plumbing issues and would recommend to all! Thanks so much!

When I started researching leading up to the purchase of a new furnace and central AC, there were a couple companies that stood out at the top of my list. (Based on Google reviews, reddit threads, and other resources) I had a couple companies in for quotes and they didn't inspire confidence.

We got our furnace replaced in November this year. The Romaniuk staff (both the office staff as well as the technical team) were great and very helpful. Lee and Jeff did an awesome job installing the new furnace. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They even helped with few recommendations on maintenance of the new furnace. Bailey also was very helpful in getting the permit documents organized. The new Lennox Furnace is working great, and we are very happy with the overall experience with Romaniuk. I would highly recommend Romaniuk Heating for all furnace related works.

The entire process started with a real positive experience with Jeff in Sales(and Jeff's superiors). Very personable but also very knowledgeable in his craft based on his prior experience in the field. Prior to installation Jeff was available for questions. Install started on the exact day and time promised which is unfortunately rare in todays world.
