I had a great experience with Dave at Alberta Water Pros. He gave me an appointment on relatively short notice. He also called me in advance of his arrival, as I had requested, and showed up right on time. The work was done quickly and the price was right. He also gave me a few tips on the BBQ - proper break-in process, etc. I'm very pleased.

Alberta Water Pros Plumbing installed a new sump pump plus backup battery system for us today. Dave is a consummate professional and does high quality work. He thoroughly explained how the pump and backup system worked, cleaned up during and after his installation and was an extremely pleasant fellow to talk to. I had a couple of problems - the inlet pipe was leaking where it attached to the top of my hot water tank, as well as water from my washing machine backing up into the adjacent tub sink whenever the machine emptied. I called Alberta Water Pros and David came out a couple of days later and promptly and efficiently fixed both problems. He was easy to deal with and kept me informed of what he was doing and why.
Once done, David noticed that the previous home owner had hooked up the exhaust from the hot water tank to the furnace flue in an illegal and potentially dangerous way. Dave came back a week

Started my day discovering the old water heater was starting to leak. Did some research and Alberta Water Pros had good reviews from all over the place (particularly BBB). Gave them a call, got a quote for same day service. Super professional and friendly and everything neat and tidy at the end of the day - I'm confident to refer, and would happily call them again!

These guys are very good and extremely professional. I had an emergency install and they had no problem getting back to me and asking the right questions as my hot water tank was not a conventional style but the air assisted model. They upgraded my plumbing up to code and even notice issues that was not part of their work scope and gave some solid advice on how to fix the issues and where to get the parts if I wanted to do it myself. I would use these guys again.

Dave and Mary are a pleasure to deal with. The company is very responsive to emergencies. Dave is an affable fellow, extremely capable, and very efficient.
