Established in the spring of 2005, by two co-workers Paul Amyotte and Kevin Korte, working out of 2 old vans, Butler quickly grew to a well recognized, full fledged plumbing and heating service and renovation company.
Kevin is an original co-founder, and sole owner of Butler Plumbing. He likes to be out showing the plumbers new ways of doing things and is always there to lend a helping hand. When he is not hard at work, he likes to curl and play hockey. He also loves spending time with his wife and two kids. Kevin is Butler's senior plumber.

Excellent service. Quick appointment time after I phoned them. Travis was very polite and efficient. He phoned 25 minutes ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on his way. The job turned out to be much more complicated than he had been anticipating - but he was professional throughout and solved the issue!!

I have used Butler several times with my house and rental. Most recently I had an inspector for my basement development that inspected the rough in (done by homebuilder or previous owner) and wouldn't pass it. I called Butler and the owner called me back and looked at my pictures he said I should send to the inspectors supervisor so I did and they overruled it and passed my inspection! I think most plumbing companies would of taken advantage of the failed inspection to charge me thousands to correct a non issue, not to mention having Butler reach out to me over the phone and provide advice for

Great service as always with Butler Plumbing. Chelsea was quick to find me an appointment within a day to fix my washing machine pipe. The technician was efficient, friendly, and solved our issues relatively quickly. They also provided us with advice on what to do if the issue persisted. Excellent prompt service. When I called Butler plumbing I was transferred to Technician Chad. Chad looked at picture of the hole in expansion tank for the heating system and walked me through to shut off the valve. Dispatch desk booked appt right away. Technician Brite was dispatched within couple of hours with a new tank. When I saw this young technician at the door, I was little concern and thought he probably doesn't have lot of experience with this kind of repair (sorry f or ageism) but he proved me wrong. He was done and out of the house in less than half an hour. Very impressed. Thank you

I've used Butler Plumbing twice in the past 7 years for hot water tanks at different houses and their service has been excellent both times.
This go around required a call to Steve on a weekend. He spent 20 minutes with me sourcing the issue and preventing further flooding free of charge. I was able to coordinate a hot water tank replacement the same week despite their busy schedule (Travis was very helpful in coordinating this). Steve returned later that week, did the install and helped us out with a couple additional small issues all for the reasonable quoted price.

My Rinnai water heater has been working for eight years, and it unstable producing hot water from last month. error code 11. I contacted Butler Plumbing and sent the error code to the company. But after the technician came, he said that he is not familiar with this error code. He had to call the manufacturer. (Later I know that this type of problem and error code is a common failure when this type of water heater is older). I called Butler early on a Monday for a slow drain on the main drain that was causing some minor back up issues.
Within two hours there was someone at my house, completed a timely clearing of the line with an inspection at a price that was fair. They did not exactly have someone sitting around to help me but made calls to pull someone off a job to come help me out for a couple hours.
I highly recommend, the service was great, the price was reasonable, and the tech sent was competent with the tools used. And no mess left afterwards.

Their service was exemplary on very short notice. Travis was able to dispatch Bryce out on Christmas eve morning. The timing was awesome as the parts suppliers all closed at noon. The townhouse unit that was serviced was owned by friends of ours who were in Mexico at the time. They would have arrived home to no heat and a disaster on Christmas eve… in plummeting temperatures. Bryce was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The issue was a curcuit board and invoice was palatable. Thank you to these two gentlemen and Butler Plumbing who saved Christmas!!

I asked for an estimate for the cost of moving my washer and dryer from the basement to the second floor. I haven't had the work done yet or gotten estimates from other companies for comparison, but the person who came to see what I wanted done behaved in a professional manner and was able to quickly figure out a way to do what I wanted. The estimate seems reasonable. In the past, I had this company repair a steam shower unit and the plumber they sent was prompt, competent, and well mannered.

The tech really didn't do anything took off 1 panel the furnace went to code he did no diagnostic just called Carrier tech support which went to voice mail. Sunday my furnace quit again went was not going to waste money calling you I went online and found that it was my condensate trap causing the problem drained it been working ever since . very disappointed the tech did zero troubleshooting but was fast enough to send the invoice.

Steve came by our place today to finish up installing our sink for us. As problems arose he dealt with them professionally and assured us that he would be able to complete the work and not to worry. He stood by his word, got the work done and still on time! Great value, professional, courteous and wore a mask. Left no mess and kept on schedule. Great communication and pleasant to deal with. I was extremely impressed with Butler Plumber and Heating. I had a gas line put in for my stove but couldn’t afford the new stove right away. So 7 months after they put the gas line in they came back to connect my stove. Amazing customer service. Then on the day they came to connect the stove I had some issues with a basement sink. Chad was able to… to fix the problem on the same visit and I have full confidence that sink will work beautifully for long time.
