I find A & S to be a wonderful company to deal with. They have resolved a problem with my garage gas heater with a new thermostat, and found and fixed the leak in my toilet. They do their utmost best to come as soon as possible. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas issues you might have.

When my garage heater began having problems, I phoned the manufacturer and was advised to call A & S for service. I called them and after taking my contact information, the office person told me someone would call me back. A week later no one had called so I stopped in at the office and again requested a service call. I again left my contact information and was told someone would call me. After another week without anyone calling me, I called another company who sent a representative out that afternoon. Perhaps my job was too small for them to consider but it would have been nice if they had at

A & S were great. We needed a boiler replaced and had no hot water and limited heat. They squeezed us in quickly. The work was completed faster than expected and was professional. Staff are great. We are very pleased with product and workmanship.

A&S Mechanical orchestrated a challenging pipe repair that required an excavation of our front yard. Their excavators worked diligently and carefully to locate the issue, as it was not where the original locator had pinpointed. The quick thinking of the crew found it a number of feet away. It was a stressful time for us and they calmly let us watch and pester them with questions, as they fixed the whole problem, for a very reasonable price.

Showed up took 5 hours to do a 3 hour job, broke my light in my mech room, got finger prints and boot prints all over my basement walls, floors, and doors. Sent the inspector to my house without even letting me know he was coming and their final bill was $200 over the original quote. Extremely unprofessional business practices. One of the worst companies I have dealt with yet.

the staff I spoke with were professional & friendly.
I called because I had an issue with my furnace not coming on when it should.
The person that came to my house didn’t try to upsell me on anything.
He patiently explained what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing.
He wrote a great detailed invoice so that I remember what he did to fix the problem
