Building a custom home requires a builder with considerable experience, knowledge, patience and customer service in order to be successful. Changing layouts, designs and building materials requires considerable thought and investigation. Mistakes can easily happen should the builder not have the requisite experience and patience.
We choose the communities we build in very carefully. Many factors combine to create a community that is conducive to living and raising a family in. We look for communities that include plenty of green space/parks, walking trails, and amenity features such as schools or neighbourhood commercial areas.
Glenridding Heights is one of Edmonton's highly desirable Southwest communities, just minutes away from many great venues, such as Terwillegar Recreation Center, Windermere shopping center, movie theaters, medical centers, and grocery shopping. With easy access to Anthony Henday and Whitemud Freeway, Glenridding Heights leaves you connected to the City within minutes.
Granville is an award-winning neighborhood, located in West Edmonton. Established in 2010, Granville is a beautiful community with gorgeous parks, and shopping centers already completed and open. After two and a half years, we are still pleased with our custom walkout bungalow. From beginning to end the entire Crimson Cove team was very responsive to our requests. Of course there were a few hiccups along the way but nothing insurmountable. Respectful, ongoing communication was helpful to keep the building momentum moving in the right direction and maintain a good relationship the builder, which we have. Consequently, we would not hesitate to work with Crimson Cove Homes again and have recommended them to our friends.

We recently completed a custom build with Crimson Cove Homes and have been very pleased with the finished product. From when we had an unconditional purchase agreement to when we took possession was approximately 50 weeks.
Both my wife and I are very detail-oriented, so when some things were not completed according to expectations, they were quickly noted and brought to the attention of the Crimson Cove team who had the issues rectified very quickly.
