This inspired us to design this home with different characters in mind. 1. The floor plan is deceiving like the Evil Queen in Snow White. From the exterior it appears cozy - fitting in with the rest of the neighbourhood but once you enter the home you are surprised by the grand open to above 18 foot ceiling with an extravagant crystal chandelier reminiscent of the castle in Cinderella.
2. The kitchen features princess inspired lighting like the grand ballroom of the Beauty and the Beast. 3. There is a perfect sized balcony for Rapunzel joined to the bedroom at the front of the home. 4. The master bedroom and en-suite was inspired by Ariel. We were searching for a home for quite a while and I found myself at Arbours of Keswick where I met Jaskaran and Inderdeep. Both of them provided Excellent customer service and were extremely helpful to me and my girlfriend.
We went through a huge amount of questions and information over a span of about 8 weeks, had multiple showings and spent hours going over designs, models, and general information sessions. They worked around my schedule, often past business hours and dipping into their own time for me.

Would Highly recommend ART Custom Homes for anyone actively in search for a new home.
The attention to detail throughout their homes is second to none. All contractors/services involved in the home building process were very professional, precise and always on time.
Tanveer, the field supervisor was very knowledgeable and provided a very in depth walkthrough on possession day. Anything noted in the initial deficiency walkthrough was completed and exceeded our expectations.

We were planning to have a custom house built and had seen alot of showhomes and finally visited the Art Home's Show homes that were incredibly different and were so nicely built with all the spec that we had in our mind and therefore right away made our decision to go with them. We had pleasure working with Fateh Gill who had guided us from Day 1 and helped to come up with the amazing plan of our house. Bought my first home from Art Homes this year. Fateh was my sales representative and he made the whole experience really good. I was nervous about the first purchase but he helped out in easing the nerves by going over and above in ensuring I get what I’m looking for in my house. They are professional and easy to deal with. When I look at the reviews previously left for Art custom, I feel like I didn't even work with the same company. Things have definitely changed at art custom since the previous reviews were posted. I wanted leave some examples at the bottom, but there is a word limit so here are the general problems.
1) You no longer get to work directly with the owner Arman unless you complain about something.
2) Instead, the staff that have been brought on board to guide you through the process are inexperienced, poor communicators at best, and outright misrepresent facts at worst.

We built our custom dream home with Armaan, Fateh and kiran and would not hesitate to recommend them. We had a great working relationship with them which ended up being what we really appreciated the most about Art Homes Very approachable and accessible, it's nice to feel like you are actually integral and in control of your project! Had a very pleasant experience dealing with the Art Homes team. Arman and Shane were both extremely helpful, timely and professional. Now to talk about the homes they design, words can’t do justice. Arman and his team are truly the best builder in Edmonton. They work with you with your unique idea and request. In fact, even after almost 3 years, Arman still answers our calls and follows up with whatever questions we have. If that’s not excellent customer service, I don’t know what else is. For our next house, for sure we’d love to built with Art Custom Homes again.
