My partner and I purchased and designed a spec home with Blackstone and had the best experience. Guneet was amazing throughout the whole process. She was extremely helpful and took time to explain the process to us as we were first time home owners. She was very knowledgeable, organized and easy to get in contact with whenever we had any questions. The entire process was very smooth and our final product was well-built and exactly how we imagined. We have been to a lot of showhomes and talked to a lot of sales representatives, but we kept coming back to Blackstone homes at Woodhaven. We never felt pressured, and it honestly felt like a welcoming place, a place to go back to after an extensive search. Blackstone homes offers standard features that are basically an upgrade with the other builders we've been to.

After months of looking at homes we fell in love with Blackstones Newcastle show home. Guneet was as exceptionally easy to work with and very knowledgeable in her field. She was able to make recommendations and help guide you on creating you perfect custom home. Unfortunately due to covid our home was delayed and with all the extra time we started making last minute changes in our package and the Blackstone team made it happen. My one complaint would be that sometimes it takes a long time for sales to get back your emails.

Buying a new home is always a challenging task but the process becomes a lot easier if you have the right person by your side. We were looking for a new home and had visited several showhomes before coming to Blackstone. We were driving by the Area and decided to see the showhome as i really liked the community and location.

My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Blackstone Homes on building our first house in Woodhaven Edgemont. After an exhaustive search, we finally walked into a Blackstone home and met with Guneet. Dealing with her was terrific, she has exceptional customer service skills as well as extensive knowledge. The great thing about dealing with Blackstone homes was the upfront cost, there was no hidden charge or anything like that. Guneet walked us through the show home and showed us what comes as standard and what are the upgrades. Honestly, she got all the answers on her figure tips.

Recently I have had the opportunity to view a number of different builder Showhomes with mixed feelings as to some of the product being displayed. One of the Showhomes I was very interested in was Blackstone Homes. Their Showhome in Starling definitely stood out above the others that I viewed. The floorplan is extremely functional, well designed with no wasted space. The design elements and quality of workmanship was excellent. Future home owners be aware of this builder. We were initially promised a lot of upgrades for a new home the builder is currently developing in the area. The show home was shiny and flashy. The owners made it seem they were willing to go above and beyond and include items that would be considered "upgrades" as standard when it wasn't, in addition the builder wanted to charge us labour for basic standard workmanship like installing tiles in common areas. This builder will promise you the world and not deliver a single promise. The owners are East Indians, I am a person of colour
